How can I assess whether the tees will fit me?

Refer to the size charts on the product pages. Note that the tees have been intentionally designed to be oversized.

For OG Stellars who bought our World Vision tees, the sizes are exactly the same.

For reference, here are the sizes that our models are wearing:
Kari is 157cm and wears Size 1
Unnamed Stellar (Chinese male) is 173cm and wears Size 2
Karl (Caucasian male) is 180cm and wears OS

Can I try the tees on before I buy?

Yes, you may! Reach out to the ARC team to arrange a suitable time (during office hours) to try them on at ARC office.

I want to buy different sizes for the tees on behalf of friends/family but I was not able to. What should I do?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase different sizes for the same tee through this online store.

Why can't I place an additional order after my initial order has been submitted?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase the same item again after you have checked out your order through this online store.

Can I use a delegate wallet to unlock the products?

Yes, protecting Stellars’ digital assets is a key priority for this experience. That is why we support delegate wallets.

Do you accept my cat as payment?

Sorry, we are unable to accept alternative forms of payment. We currently only accept the following payment methods:

Mastercard
VISA
American Express
Union Pay
Google Pay
PayNow (for Stellars with Singapore bank accounts)
ETH via Depay
USDC via Depay on the Ethereum network

Payments with other cryptocurrencies will not be processed. To avoid high gas fees, we recommend choosing credit card as your mode of payment.

Where do you ship to? I live in Antarctica.

We ship to most destinations but maybe not Antarctica. If your country isn’t in the list of destinations, please contact us at shop@arccommunity.com. For Stellars living in Antarctica, we will make it up to you by giving you merch the next time we meet you irl.

Okay maybe not to Antarctica but how much is shipping?

Shipping is complimentary worldwide.

What about duties and taxes? Are they included at checkout?

Unfortunately duties and taxes are not included in the check out and international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which we have no control over.

Wen will my order be ready?

As this is a pre-order, it will take up to an estimated 1 to 1.5 months for your order to be ready for self-pick up or to be shipped to you (which is estimated to be around end-April / beginning-May at this moment). As they say, “good things come to those who wait”

Wen merch arrive?

We will commence shipping once the full production of all the apparel in the collection is ready (which is estimated to be around end-April / beginning-May at this moment). Please note that local customs may affect international shipping timings and potentially cause a delay of the delivery lead time:
Singapore: 3-5 working days
Asia Pacific: 6-14 working days
Europe: 12-18 working days
America: 12-18 working days
Rest of World: 12-18 working days

I've selected pick up for my item at ARC office. What next?

Let us get back to you to make arrangements for self-pick up when the apparel is ready.

Huh what I received is not what I ordered. What should I do?

For orders that were not fulfilled accurately, please contact us at shop@arccommunity.com and we will resolve this as soon as we can.

Refund possible?

If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us at shop@arccommunity.com within 14 days from the date your order is delivered to you and we will be happy to process a refund. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.In order for the refund to be successful, all merchandise must be returned to us unworn/unused, and in the same condition received with their original plastic packaging and all tags and labels attached. Do ensure that the return package is well protected from damage, and you obtain a tracking number to share with us.
